Member Terms & Conditions

The material and information contained on ClubRochester.com is private and confidential and its use is restricted to persons over 18 years of age. Access is available only to those who accept the terms of the following agreement.

For the purposes of this document the following terms will have the following meaning:

  • ClubRochester.com
    Refers to Corporate Web Services, Inc., DBA ClubRochester.com and http://www.clubrochester.com
  • Users and/or Members
    Refers to registered users of ClubRochester.com
  • Site
    Refers to http://www.clubrochester.com and all/only pages bearing clubrochester.com logo

I hereby agree to the following:

  1. I am at least 18 years of age, and am not legally considered a minor in my place of residence.
  2. I understand the standards and laws of the community, site and computer to which I am transporting this material, and am solely responsible for my actions.
  3. I give permission to the ClubRochester.com group to release all public profile information provided by me on the profile form. I understand that Private Application Information will NOT be published on the ClubRochester.com website, with the exception of the CITY, STATE/PROVINCE and COUNTRY I live in. I also understand that ClubRocehester.com group does not screen members. I agree to hold harmless ClubRochester.com group from any liability regarding the result of meeting individuals through ClubRochester.com.
  4. I will not attempt to by-pass any security and/or access feature at this site.
  5. If I use these services in violation of the above agreement, I understand I may be in violation of local and/or federal laws and am solely responsible for my actions.
  6. By logging on, I will have released and discharged the providers, owners and creators of this site from any and all liability, which might arise.
  7. As a condition of becoming a registered user/member of ClubRochester.com, the registered user will allow ClubRochester.com to utilise electronic newsletters to reach all or a subset of all registered users, using the e-mail address collected.
  8. Book marking to a page on this server/site whereby this warning page is by-passed shall constitute an implicit acceptance of the foregoing terms herein set forth.
  9. I am solely responsible for my interactions with other ClubRochester.com Members. I understand that ClubRochester.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between myself and other members.
  10. I agree that ClubRochester.com is for the personal use of individual users only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours by me, the "member". Organisations, companies and/or businesses may not become members of ClubRochester.com and should not use ClubRochester.com's service or site for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the site, including also, unauthorized framing of or linking to the site will be investigated and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation civil, criminal and injunctive redress.
  11. I understand and agree that ClubRochester.com may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of ClubRochester.com violates the Terms of Use or which might be offensive, illegal or that might violate the rights, harm or threaten the safety of ClubRochester.com and/or its members.
  12. By posting Content to any public area of ClubRochester.com, I automatically grant, and I represent and warrant that I have the right to grant, to ClubRochester.com and other ClubRochester.com members an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.
  13. I agree that I will not participate in Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Site. ClubRochester.com will investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Service and terminating the Membership of such violators. It includes Content that:

    • is patently offensive to the online community, such as Content that promotes racism, bigotry , hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
    • harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
    • involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";
    • promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous;
    • promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
    • contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page) ;
    • displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
    • provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
    • provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
    • solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; and
    • engages in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.

Privacy Statement

The ClubRochester.com site respects and safeguards the privacy of every individual who visits our website. This Privacy Statement is a formal document that outlines the information which may be collected about you while you use the ClubRochester.com site, and how that information may be used.

Information posted on this website for your profile will not include your last name, work place, home or work address, phone numbers, fax number, social security number, or driver's license number. The initial methods of contacting prospective choices recommended are by e-mail or the utilization of our messaging system. An email box will be assigned to you. It can only be checked from our webpage when you are in our system. By utilizing our mail box, you can remain completely anonymous.

You will choose a MEMBER ID. This will uniquely identify you in our system. Your MEMBER ID will be assigned to you after the questionnaire/personal profile is completed and submitted to us. ClubRochester.com collects personal information from our members in order to provide accurate and convenient billing, appropriate matching, and responsive customer service. Customers may change their information on the "registration" page.

Personally-Identifiable Information

The ClubRochester.com site will not collect any personally-identifiable information about you (including, but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number, email address, Social Security number, Bank account or credit card information, or any combination of data that could be used to identify you, such as birth date, zip code, and gender) unless you provide it to us voluntarily. If you do not want your personally-identifiable information collected, please do not submit it to us.

When you do provide us with personally-identifiable information, such information will be gathered solely by ClubRochester.com, and is for use solely by the ClubRochester.com group. Under no circumstances, unless required to do so by subpoena or court order by an authorized law enforcement agent or appointed Officer of the Court, will the ClubRochester.com group release any personally-identifiable information, in whole or in part, to any third party, without first obtaining the express consent of the individual user.

This site makes chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups available to its users. Minors

Because ClubRochester.com is an e-commerce-driven web-conferencing platform, the company's services are directed to adults who possess validated credit-card information, and are never marketed to individuals under the age of 18.

Refund Policy

ClubRochester.com will refund monies payed for our services for the current access month only. Refunds are not offered retrospecitvely and are at the sole discretion of ClubRochester.com and/or its authorized representatives.

Refunds are reviewed on a case by case basis and application for a refund can be submitted by sending all relevant account details, as described in the cancellation process (below), to support@clubrochester.com along with the reason for a refund request.

Cancellation Process

The process for cancelling a membership account with ClubRochester.com is not provided as an automated (24 x 7) service to members at this time but is achievable by sending the account details described below to support@clubrochester.com

  • Username and email address (used for site log in)
  • Password

Cancellations will be effective within three (3) days of notification and cancellations for the preceeding month will only be accepted at least three days before the next billing date.
